IF the creator has no user talk page at all, it adds a short 'welcome' -

For IP users, it adds User:ChzzBot IV/Welcome anon,
For registered users, it adds User:ChzzBot IV/Welcome user

Then it adds a message about the AFC needing a reference; User:ChzzBot IV/AFC unreferenced

It also adds a note to the AFC, and logs the actions to User:ChzzBot_IV/log.

Just in case you ever restart this

User:ChzzBot IV/AFC unreferenced is wrong. You need to completely re-code this if you ever try to run it again. The use of <ref> tags is absolutely not required, and you should not be telling users that their AFC submissions don't include WP:Inline citations merely because they don't use ref tags. I see you doing the same day after day for uncountable number of editors on Wikipedia, both newbies and experienced. Theophosostic counseling

In this case, it's a redirect to an existing page; the existence or nonexistence of a corresponding article isn't relevant for redirects in the talk namespace. The existence or nonexistence of links to a redirect is completely irrelevant. I know that it's a typo: however, it is a redirect to a page that currently exists, and as such it does not qualify for deletion as a dependent page of a nonexistent page. It's already waiting to be reviewed; there's a backlog (of about 400), so it could take a while; possibly a week. You can still edit it in the meantime. Once it is reviewed, you'll get a message on your own user talk page.

One tip: you cannot use Wikipedia as a reference, because it is not a reliable source. Instead, you can add wiki-links. Do not use the full address; instead, just put double square brackets around the word to link. For example, putting I live in [[England]] produces: I live in England.

You can also link when the text differs from the article title, like this: I am a [[Dentistry|dentist]]. produces: I am a dentist.

I've just edited it and linked a couple of them [1] - please try to reformat the others. If you have problems, you can get help, here.
